FHO+ Tracker Pro is a tool for physicians to track encounter times, visit types, and categories. We take your privacy seriously and have designed this app with a minimal data footprint.

What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account:

• Your name and email address (via sign-in)
• Encounter metadata: date, start/end time, visit type, and category

We do not collect patient names, contact information, diagnoses, treatment plans, or any other patient-identifiable information.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power your account within FHO+ Tracker Pro. We do not:

• Sell your data to any third party
• Use your data for advertising or marketing
• Share your data with anyone outside of what is needed to run the app
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Use your data for analytics or profiling

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use Clerk for authentication and Railway for hosting — both are reputable, security-focused platforms.

Deleting Your Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the More tab in the app. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Third Parties

We use Clerk for authentication. No other third-party services have access to your data.
